Lourdes Laguna is a Gallup-certified and ICF-accredited leadership coach with over 15 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and talent development. She partners with women of color in leadership, particularly those navigating transitions, leading through change, or redefining their next chapter.
With a master’s degree in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College, Lourdes brings deep expertise in talent management, cross-functional leadership, and business development. Her professional roots span education, consulting, and senior-level nonprofit roles, where she led organizational transformation and culture-building initiatives.
