Laura is the CEO and Founder of Corporate Compassion Project LLC, a boutique leadership consulting firm that empowers executive leaders and teams to thrive by aligning communication, trust, and emotional intelligence with real business results. We combine strategic insight with human-centered services to help organizations navigate uncertainty, strengthen culture, and drive performance.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, Laura brings the strategic insight gained from 20 years of national and international corporate experience in communications, marketing, and social responsibility to client engagements. She created and led teams at national brands such as Blue Cross Blue Shield and Food Marketing Institute and small agencies dedicated to improving the health of Americans nationwide.

Laura spent the first 5 years of her career in Nagoya, Japan, where she served as lead communications associate to the CEO of Oak Lawn Marketing (now Shop Japan), a global product marketing company, and as a consultant to the Toyota Motor Corporation engineering team that developed the Prius hybrid battery. She is fluent in conversational Japanese and has a deep love and appreciation for Japanese culture.

A proud Chicagoan, Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Studies from Northwestern University.
