Amy Krymkowski is a certified executive and leadership coach with over two decades of experience across human resources, coaching, and leadership development. As the founder of Better Path Coaching, she partners with accomplished professionals and senior leaders navigating complexity, visibility, and change.

Amy holds a PCC credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West. She also holds a Group Coaching Certification (ICF-accredited), a certificate in Embodied Transformation (ICF CCE), and a DEI in the Workplace Certificate from USF Muma College of Business. Her academic background includes an M.A. in HR and Labor Relations and a B.A. in Psychology and Women’s Studies.

Known for her ability to blend strategic insight with deep personal reflection, Amy supports clients through leadership transitions, executive presence development, organizational influence, and purpose-driven career alignment. She has coached and facilitated sessions for executives at organizations including Chief, ISACA, Netflix, and Veolia North America, and currently serves as a coach for SHATTR and the Leadership Institute for Black Women.

Amy is a member of ICF, Toastmasters International, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is fluent in English and is learning Spanish.
