Kibi Anderson is an ICF-certified executive coach, leadership strategist, and Emmy Award–winning media executive with 20+ years of experience leading transformation across industries. As founder of Life Editor, she partners with mid- and senior-level leaders navigating high-stakes communication, burnout, and organizational change—helping them lead with clarity, confidence, and courage.

Kibi holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and has completed over 600 hours of executive leadership coaching. Her group and 1:1 coaching work, workshops and diagnostic tools have supported leaders at organizations including Netflix, Warner Bros. Discovery, Bloomberg, BET, SpringHill Entertainment, and NALIP. She is especially skilled in working with leaders in transition, cross-functional teams, and purpose-driven executives seeking sustainable growth.

With a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from NYU Stern, Kibi blends strategic rigor with emotional intelligence. She developed the proprietary Curious Leadership Scan, OAQ Method,™ and Curiosity Quotient™ framework to help leaders and organizations navigate uncertainty, rebuild trust, and communicate with influence across all levels.

Prior to launching Life Editor, Kibi spent two decades in senior executive roles across media and business. Her work has been featured in Essence, Forbes, and The LA Times, and she continues to be a sought-after voice on communication, capacity, and courageous leadership.
