Michele Davenport, CPCC, PCC is an executive coach and personal strategist who designs and facilitates programs in coaching, communication, and leadership effectiveness for individuals and organizations committed to optimizing potential and growth. As Principal and Founder of Mosaic Coaching Solutions (MCS), she created four pillars of MCS – corporate coaching and consulting, leadership development programs, women’s empowerment and corporate well-being programs. Michele employs the Co-Active® model to inspire her clients to engage more deeply and intentionally in every aspect of their lives and work. The focus is on discovering the whole person and how their habits, patterns of interaction, performance and productivity in the workplace and beyond inform their behaviors and choices.
Her approach includes a proven three-phase process of heightening self-awareness, developing strategy, and implementing accountability systems to achieve transformative and sustainable change. Her client list includes groups and individuals from Deloitte Consulting, Creative Arts Agency (CAA), Facebook, Wells Fargo, Richmond MTA, CBS, HBO, The Partnership, Visa International, Genentech and more. Connecting people to opportunities has been a central theme of Michele’s career. Her varied experience prior to MCS enables her to engage effectively with clients from a variety of backgrounds and across a wide range of fields. She has experienced success in human resources and executive search, entrepreneurial endeavors, and corporate sales, which has positioned her to quickly identify goals and frame approaches for her clients to achieve them. Prior to MCS, she led East Bay College Fund, a Bay Area mentor and scholarship program for first-generation college-bound youth through a period of unprecedented growth.
Michele has worked for People Express Airlines, Philip Morris Management Corporation, Kraft Foodservice, Mary Kay Cosmetics, and smaller organizations as she developed her craft of meeting people where they are and directing them to transformative growth. Michele is committed to volunteerism and civic service and has served in leadership positions for organizations focusing on the many communities of which she is a part. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from Loyola University of Chicago, two coaching credentials, one as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is certified in 360 Navigator™ for comprehensive 360 assessments. She is a member of Forbes Coaches Council, has been published here several times, and is also certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
