Melva holds a Certified Master Coach (CMC) designation from the Center for Coaching Certification and Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF), the gold standard for coaching credentials. She is also a Hogan Assessments, Five Behaviors, and Rejuvi certified provider. Melva currently serves as the Chair of the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology Alumni Association Board Career Services Committee and is a mentor with the Atlanta Hawks SheLEADS mentoring program.
