Dr. Jenaé Harrington

DEI Thought Leader, Researcher, and Creative

Dr. Jenaé Harrington is a DEI thought leader, researcher, and creative. She has implemented countless programs and initiatives to amplify the voices of marginalized people and is committed to elevating equity in all spaces. She champions person-centered problem solving to address organizational challenges and finds specific relevance in facilitating change through inclusive leadership and intergroup relations. Her professional roles and experiences have integrated diversity education and training, leadership development, and strategic planning. Jenaé is a co-founder and board member of Collective 365, a philanthropic giving circle created to support the work of Black and brown communities. Creatively, Jenaé is a lifestyle and event photographer, as well as a copywriter and digital content creator. She is a Richmond native and graduate of Hampton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She also earned a Master’s in Urban & Regional Planning and Doctor of Education in Leadership, both from Virginia Commonwealth University.
