Dawn Christian is a leadership advisor, coach, and founder of BeLeadership™, helping corporate and academic leaders integrate belonging, well-being, and authenticity into their leadership practices through her Ethos-Driven Leadership® framework. Dawn, a member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, is an ICF-trained coach. She is also certified in Mental Health and Well-being in the Workplace through The Bowman Foundation. Her insights have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Cornell University, and The Forum on Workplace Inclusion. She has also served as a guest lecturer and speaker at Cornell University, The Graham School, and the Haas School of Business. Dawn’s TEDxWarrenton talk, “Breaking Up with Busyness,” challenges leaders to rethink productivity culture and lead with purpose and well-being at the center.

Dawn is a member of the Black Women and Owners (BOW) Collective, past President of The PRSA Board of Trustees, and a founding member of the Insights Association’s IDEA Council. She is also a member of ForbesBLK, The Association for Talent Development and a founding member of The Gathering Spot DC. She holds an MBA from Cornell University, a BA in Sociology from The University of California at Berkeley and a Diversity & Inclusion Leadership certificate from Cornell University’s International Labor Relations School.
