Crystal Y. Davis is the CEO and Founder of The Lean Coach Inc. where she has designed disruptHER and Your Corporate Confidante coaching programs designed for Women and Corporate executives and leaders.
Since 2014, Crystal has been the confidante to help leaders to discover their genius, to help them strategize solutions, and to be a thought partner.
Crystal is an ICF certified leadership coach, known as Your Corporate Confidante to executives and emerging leaders. She has a passion for women working in male dominated industries and STEM. So much so, she founded DisruptHER™️, a leadership development and coaching program to equip women to THRIVE in these environments.
Our coaches are ICF certified, with credentials in John Maxwell Leadership, Design Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, and Positive Psychology.
Our clients include mid-to-large corporate organizations, and local & state government departments.
Finally, The Lean Coach has expanded services to include AI enablement and knowledge management. We are piloting Lean Coach Crystal to serve as a thought partner 24/7.
Crystal has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University, and a Master of Business Administration from Samford University.
