Jacqueline Hernández is the founder and CEO of New Majority Ready, a marketing consultancy focused on multicultural youth marketing (Millennials, Gen Z and Alphas) who make up 58% of today’s U.S. population. Clients include brands like Netflix, Spectrum, GroupM, and IPG.
Jackie currently serves on the board of directors of Victoria’s Secret (NYSE: VSCO) and MediaCo Holding (Nasdaq: MDIA). She previously held various C-Suite leadership roles including CEO of MediaCo Holding, CMO of NBCUniversal Hispanic Enterprises Content, COO of Telemundo and Publisher of People en Español and Teen People, as well as, President of Combate Americas, a leading Hispanic sports franchise.
Named one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Latinas, Hernández has also been recognized by The Hollywood Reporter, Ad Age, and Broadcast Cable. She holds an MBA from Baruch College, a BA from Tufts University, and various corporate governance certifications from Kellogg, Berkeley Law and MIT Sloan.
Jackie is currently working on her forthcoming book coming out in early 2026, Gen Z AF: The New Rules of Marketing and Cultural Influence.
